Multiple academic and vocational stays abroad in the U.S.A. and Canada led me to professionalize my passion for English and German studies. The first step was to start my Bachelor's degree at the University of Bern. In summer 2021, I then graduated insigni cum laude with a degree in English and German Literature and Linguistics. However, as sharpening my skills was my priority for the time being, I decided to start a Master's degree in the same subjects at the University of Basel. Approaching the end of my degree in winter 2022, I felt ready to start my own business and founded NOLA - Linguistic Services.

My goal from the beginning was to share my love for the literary and linguistic intricacies of the English and German languages with those around me and help them with their own projects. For the time being, I concentrated on my Master's degree and supervised various proofreading, editing, and translation projects for young academics, associations and private individuals. As soon as my Master's degree came to an end, however, I was given the opportunity to take on a prominent position in professional politics for the Aerztegesellschaft des Kantons Bern BEKAG. Since then, NOLA - Linguistic Services has been specialized in editorial work and communicative projects in health-related professional politics. Since the completion of my Master's degree in December 2023, my full focus has been on professional and personal development. An important first step on that journey was being certified with the CAS "Business Communication and Public Affairs" by the Private Hochschule Wirtschaft PHW in September 2024. Since April of 2025 I am enrolled in the EMBA-program "Economics and Management in Healthcare" of the Bernese University of Applied Sciences.
